We’re incredibly proud to share that Booster has been recognised with three awards at the CRM Contact Centre Awards in Auckland!
We are delighted that Anca Dumitru was named Most Outstanding Outbound Agent, acknowledging her exceptional professionalism and connection with customers. Anca said she was surprised by the win, but that she is “so proud of everything Booster has achieved and that I get to be a part of it”.
Booster also earned second place in the Gold Award for Live Chat, reflecting the team’s dedication to quick and impactful personal service online; and we were awarded Silver for Outbound Business to Consumer – Customer Care, recognising the quality and care that our customer service teams bring to every conversation.
These awards are more than trophies (though we do like them!) - they represent the high standards our members experience from us anytime they reach out for support. We are always proud of the mahi our people do to bring Booster’s vision of financial resilience for all New Zealanders to life – but when the industry recognises them too, we think that's something to really celebrate.
