If you need to set up a new email address, these are some of the most commonly used and reliable options in New Zealand. All offer free personal email accounts – the links below will take you to each provider’s ‘how to’ page for setting up a new email address.

How to set up a new email address
The exact steps vary slightly by provider, but the general process is the same:
- Go to the provider’s website (for example, gmail.com or outlook.com)
- Select “Create account” or “Sign up”
- Enter your name and choose an email address
- Create a strong password
- Follow the prompts to finish setup

Once you have a new email address, you can update your records directly in mybooster.

- Update your new email address
- Click ‘Save’
